Voice Mail/Call Waiting Information and Charges

You can lease voice mail service from UCit for a quarter or an academic year, priced according to the level of service (please see the chart, below.) For an additional fee, you can keep voice mail service through the summer. If you select Student Basic or Student Plus, you will get a main mailbox, along with four individual mailboxes, so you and your roommates can enjoy voice mail privacy.

Voice mail answers your calls when your line is busy or there is no answer. You can personalize your recorded greeting, and access your voice mailbox from any touch tone telephone.

Call waiting and last number redial services are available whether or not you purchase voice mail.

Graduate students in Scioto and Morgens may choose the Grad Student Plus option.

You can also sign up for service or make payments at the UCit Business Office in Room 120 in the Campus Services Building, 2900 Reading Road or in 406 Zimmer. Office hours are from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Service will be activated within 48 hours after your payment is received.
If your service expires, you will be required to pay the installation fee to re-establish service.
