Desktop Services

UCit Desktop Services is a function in the Systems Operations organization. Areas of responsibility include providing both software and hardware support to UCit staff and pursuing and securing software purchase agreements that will directly support the economical acquisition of products that are components of the preferred desktop platform. The unit also participates in the development and evolution of strategies for providing information technology services to the university.

PC Warehouse, a local vendor who has provided desktop support to various colleges and departments at the University of Cincinnati for the past 4 years, is available to provide hardware/software support to any college or department affiliated with the University of Cincinnati.
